  1. So sad that it may have been her addiction that could have led to her death.. Addictions are not something anyone can control without professional help..

  2. I am so sorry for your loss. I just watched the episode in with your mom. I’m sure she tried so hard. Try to live knowing how much all of you loved her. It does not matter how she died. She was a brave lady to try so hard.

  4. What do you think she died of? She was addicted to smelling gasoline daily for 40 years. It causes nerve damage you moron. They did a TV show about her where a doctor came out and said “This is killing you.”

  8. I know this is extremely late but may God continue to comfort and keep you even now with this lost. Your mother was a strong and brave woman to come on national tv and show the world her vulnerable side and for that I take my hat off to her! Rest In Peace sweetheart!

As for “Jamacian Rodney Bubash”… You are an ignorant person you have NOTHING good coming to you! If you gonna come on and post something as ignorant as you did at least take your ass back to school and learn how to spell and read dumb ass! #JAMAICAN… Stay in school kids so you don’t end up like this fool! Reading, writing and spelling is FUNDAMENTAL! TRUST!

God Bless Everyone else on here!

  10. Deepest condolences to the family and daughter. It is the same as any addiction and reasons are complexed. Im so sorry for your loss. Please excuse the heartless people on here they are obviously narrow minded without compassion for others and their callous opinions mean nothing. It was comforting for her but toxic. How tragic. She was very gentle and kind and a loving mother. I hope she is at rest now in peace. Blessings and love to the family. and Prayers for the cruel and heartless

  11. Why is there so much vitriol in these comments? You say, “she got what she had comin.” Where is your humanity? Please remember that the measure you use with others, is the same measure that will be used upon you. Grace, my friend. Grace.

  12. She did not drink gasoline. She had been only sniffing it for over 30 years. I’m sure that had a lot to do with her death. I’m so sorry for the family. My thoughts and prayers go out to them during this difficult time. So sad.

  13. The comment was nowhere near ignorant. She knew she was killing herself and what she was doing was wrong, yet continued to do so.

  16. I felt her pain. Every time I started up the old Murray lawn mower, it smelled of rich gas. Smelled one for her. Smell one out for Theresa. Sometimes I am scared to fart.
