From Latin nights to late night talks about life. Travelling to Colombia , to living life everyday like it was our last. You will be missed and I remember the good times

• As his sisters, we will be hosting the memorial this Friday.
• Mahir, would have wanted us all to smile and crack open a drink & talk about the good times. So that’s what we plan to do!

As covid is still around and b/c of the funeral having to be small, this will be our way by saying our goodbyes.– We ask you all to bring a helium balloon.
As we will set them free around 4:30-5pm!– we also ask, we follow proper social distancing measures when around my sisters place in the backyard, etc! Park wherever! (There is a church up the street from her place, where you can also park).
– bring a lawn chair if you plan to have a seat. We plan to share some stories & celebrate mahirs life as it was a memorable one!

(Everyone is asking to help make this potluck work, if you feel you are one to help— bring whatever you’d like. Anything will help) figure to post this here as everyone’s asking if they can help by bringing stuff like this.

Mahir Burzic – I don’t even know where to begin. You were truly a brother from another mother. You were always so good to me. You had a great circle, a circle who loved and cared for you dearly. The moments and memories we had together will always be unforgettable. You were a true man of words my love. -You, Troy, and Lucky would always give me the biggest laugh! & Biggest smile… the dog walks! & Gym sessions! We’re always my favourite… or the amount of times your friends would have too ask me what I called you, because I would always say May! Not Mahir.. because well let’s face it, I could truly never say your name properly lol, but no one needed to know that but ya 😂🙈 you thought it was cute, so I was fine with that loooool!!! the jokes were always too the point you gave me stomach aches.
My heart aches that your gone, So much love & thoughts go to you and your family right now.

I am still in shock to have heard of his passing, the first time I met Mahir was way back in elementary school. He was truly an amazing person, May you rest in Peace my friend. My condolences to his family.
