Chris lost his life in a violence that spread throughout downtown Indianapolis following a night of protests.

Beaty grew up in Indianapolis and was a football star at Cathedral High School in the late 1990s. He won multiple state championships.
Chris Beaty also played at Indiana from 2000 to 2003 and was a successful businessman in Indianapolis managing popular night clubs to sponsoring events and owning several other businesses as well.
Chris Beaty was proud to be graduate of Cathedral High School and Indiana University, so his family has created a “Chris Beaty Memorial Scholarship Fund” to benefit students at both schools.
