Beloved Roshan Morar death was announced August 9th, 2022 in a post on Facebook by Morar Incorporated that read:
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing away of our founder Mr Roshan Morar of Morar Incorporated.
Mr Morar was a beacon of hope for many black accounting professionals during a time when many doors remained closed to black professionals. An academic at heart, Mr Morar made it his mission to change the financial landscape of the emerging black financial professionals.
His pride and joy, Morar Incorporated fast became one of the leading Black-owned auditing firms in the country, which employed some of the greatest and most respected black professionals in the industry.
The directors and staff of Morar Incorporated express their deepest condolences to the Morar family during this very difficult time and would like to assure them that Roshan’s legacy will continue to live within Morar Incorporated
