Owasso accident: Shay Powell death after car accident – what happened?
17 year old Owasso High student Shay Powell has died after a fatal accident on Highway 20 near Owasso at Limestone
The crash happened near Highway 20 and 177th East Avenue. Shay Powell was identified on social media as the victim.
According to troopers who responded to the scene around 6am, the driver had turned into a tool truck on Highway 20 while on their way to school.
The driver of one car died while the passenger was taken to the hospital.
