We lost one of the best people I have ever known today. Frank Bielec was a genuine soul with the kindest spirit.

Frank had a spirit that would lift you out of any bad mood. He had a desire to please everyone. And he had so much love to give.

I am lucky to have had a chance to work with him and also to call him my friend.
He gifted me a personal Elvis bracelet charm because we shared a passion for the King.
Your name will always bring a smile to my face and heart.

You were adored and loved by so many.
You will be missed.
