According to investigators, the teens Nehemiah, Christian and Matthew were coming from a house party at Turban’s home where police said Beth allegedly provided alcohol to juveniles. Detectives said the three teens left the home to buy ping pong balls for beer pong.

Cell phone data and surveillance video from Walmart had shown the teens driving through the parking lot just minutes before the deadly crash, Port St. Lucie Police said.

Christian’s blood alcohol content was said to be 0.217, more than twice the legal limit of 0.08. Nehemiah’s was 0.092, court records state, according to TCPalm.

WTVX West Palm reports that police said in a statement:

“It is our hope that adults reading this who consider giving juveniles alcohol, think twice. Not only is it illegal, but your actions could also have unintended tragic consequences.”
