So I just found out that Andrew Clements died a few days ago and that really sucks. I don’t read his books any more but the number of time I read No Talking right when it came out is insane. He was my first favorite author and it’s crazy to me that he died. Like, not allowed.

So sad and shocked to hear that Andrew Clements the author has died. Frindle was a book I read very early on and made an impact on me.

Frindle was a game-changer for me. I remember my third grade teacher (who was my inspiration to teach) read this book (which might have been the first book I really felt a connection to). Andrew Clements is still one of the authors I recommend regularly. Sad to hear this news.
