Man. City crowned Premier League champions after Arsenal crumbled
Manchester City have won the English Premier League for the third consecutive time after Arsenal crumbled at Nottingham Forest on Saturday.
City were expected to win the league on Sunday if they beat Chelsea, but Arsenal handed them the trophy as the crumbled 0-1 at Forest.
City are now champions with three games left for them to play, while Arsenal have only one game left.
Nigeria’s Taiwo Awoniyi dealt a blow and ended Arsenal’s title challenge as he scored the only goal of the match on 19 minutes.
Awoniyi received a killer pass, found himself one-on-one with the goalkeeper and drilled the ball into the bottom left corner for a magnificent finish.
