Black Ink crew:
Corey Mclean, Ceaser’s childhood playmate and first apprentice, was murdered at his mother’s tattoo shop in Brooklyn.
Remembering Corey on the show, Ceaser said:
”Corey is very dear to my heart, and for that s–t to happen to him like this? That f–ked me up.
“I’m never going to be able to see my friend again.”
While contemplating whether or not to open the Brooklyn shop, Ceaser visited his late friend Corey’s mom to get some insight. And despite the painful memory of the past, she gives him her blessing to open the shop in her son’s honor.
