Young women waste their most fertile years in university rather than getting married – Twitter user

A Twitter user shared a controversial opinion that young women waste their most fertile years in university rather than getting married.

She went on to say that God’s will for women was to nurture and guide their homes rather than pursue a degree.

She shared that the new millennial idea was born from feminism and it was centered on getting women out of the home and into the workforce.

She wrote:

“Young women waste their most fertile, beautiful years pursuing a college education and a career rather than marrying, bearing children, and guiding the home. This is NOT God’s will for young women no matter how hard you want to fight for it. It’s feminism. “Get women out of the home and into the workforce.”

Her tweet was greeted with some opposition while others affirmed that feminism was a menace and women preferred university rather than getting married.

@pearlythingz: “I remember older women actively telling me NOT to date in high school or college. Why do older women lead us down a path of destruction?”

@netia1984: “And how many women have rich husbands like you? Do you even know the price of things these days? I could never let my guy carry all the burden of an entire household on his own.”

@dakmosh: “I will take this as syncretism and not the word of God, unless you can tag a verse of the Bible where it says women should not pursue University education and if they do, it would be a sin.”
