Tori was killed in a single-vehicle rollover crash on Wacousta Road north of Cutler Road just before 4 a.m. Sunday, according to a news release from the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office.

22-year-old Victoria Proctor, of DeWitt was killed after her car crashed early Sunday morning.
The Clinton County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to a one-vehicle rollover accident on Wacousta Rd, north of Cutler Rd, in Riley Township just before 4am on Sunday.
Police said Proctor appeared to have been driving north on Wacousta Road when she ran off the road and struck an utility pole, causing her vehicle to roll over.
22-year-old Victoria Proctor, who was the only person in the car, was ejected and unresponsive.
She was thrown from the vehicle after the crash.
Proctorwas taken to Sparrow Hospital where she was pronounced dead after the crash.
No one else was inside the vehicle during the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
