Turkey Earthquake: Death toll rises to 15,000

After the 7.7 and 7.6 magnitude earthquakes in Kahramanmaraş, the epicenter in Turkey, the number of dead and injured increased every hour.

According to the statements, the death toll in the earthquakes in Turkey and Syria has exceeded 15 thousand.

In addition to 12,391 deaths in Turkey, the country’s disaster management agency said more than 60,000 were injured.

More than 2,900 people were reported to have died on the Syrian side of the border.
