Man riding bike from London to Lagos suspends trip as tyre gets damaged in Mali
Nigerian adventurer, Kunle Adeyanju has revealed that he encountered a challenge which forced him to put a temporary pause on his London to Lagos trip with a power bike.
The man who is currently in Mali, said that he lost his rear tyre after entering a pothole and he it left him stranded.
Kunle, however, expressed optimism that he would get a replacement and fix it in time to continue his journey.
Sharing a photo of the bad tyre, he wrote; ”Ran into a pothole lost my rear tire and the alloy got bent, stuck for now …. Working on options… sad though!
Left Eagle at a hamlet yesterday,.. sad!”
Kunle added; ”Recovery operations underway. Closest REAL help about 600km away.
Such frustrations can sometimes get you to your lowest moment, but also that is when you need to stay strong!
Now time to park the emotions, we will solve problems and get back on course! London-Lagos achievable, doable and I will complete the adventure, so help me God!”
