If you don’t have up to N500k you’re living in poverty – Daddy Freeze
Popular radio host, Daddy Freeze, has asserted that Nigerians with less than N500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Naira) in their bank accounts are living in poverty.
He made the statement in a video message he shared on his Instagram page as he added that only people who live in villages will be comfortable having less than N500k.
The media personality maintained that those in the cities will always have a low standard of living if they have less than that amount in their accounts.
Freeze said; “If you don’t have N500k cash in all your accounts joined together, you are living in poverty unless you live in a village. If you live in Port Harcourt, Lagos or Abuja, and you have less than N500k, you will live a substandard life.”
He captioned the clip: “0.6% Of Nigerians Have Up To N500k In Their Bank Accounts A Study Suggests. Some People Are Saying You Can Live Comfortably With Less Than 500k Saved Up. I Totally Disagree.”
