Ekiti lecturer set to lecture for 150 hours in bid to break Guinness World Record
Following the recent trend of Nigerians seeking to set or break a Guinness World Record, a lecturer is set to embark on a marathon lecture.
The Computer Science lecturer at Federal University, Oye-Ekiti, Ekiti State (FUOYE) wants to lecture for more than 150 hours to break the current record for the longest lecturing time.
According to FUOYE Campus Connect on Twitter, @FUOYE_CAMCONECT, the man is organising a lecturing marathon themed ‘ACA-A-THON’.
While sharing a poster announcing the GWR breaking attempt, it urged people to anticipate as the date for the commencement will be revealed soon
The post reads; “The computer science lecturer at Federal University, Oye-Ekiti is organizing the ACA-A-THON event with the aim of surpassing Guinness World Record for the longest duration of lecturing, which is currently set at 150 hours.”
