Carly Smith paramedic death happened 28th April, 2019. Carly died in an accident along with her boyfriend.

Our deepest sympathy and condolences to friends, family and colleagues of Carly Smith who sadly passed away over the weekend.

Carly spent most of her paramedic career with the ER24 family before leaving to work abroad.

She was a colleague and friend to many while working in the Western Cape.

Carly was in Vietnam with her boyfriend teaching English. She and her boyfriend died together in a road traffic accident.

Carly’s loved ones described as a gorgeous and carefree lady that lived life to the full with such a positive outlook always.

She was highly intelligent and was part of a specialised air ambulance crew EMS saving many lives before her move. She had the biggest smile.

We woke this morning to the heartbreaking news of the loss of Carly Smith.

Carly was a well respected Advanced Life Support Paramedic from South Africa who more recently was working abroad.

Carly was always a dear friend to us and a great mentor to our students. A truly beautiful human who was living her life to the fullest. Our sincere condolences to Carly’s family and friends.
