Betty Jennifer was reportedly shot in the head on Friday evening around 5 pm and was pronounced dead. She was reportedly leaving her office in Maryland in the United States of America.

Bettie Jenifer had reportedly left the workplace in the 6300 square of Ivy Lane and was strolling to her vehicle when a man with a handgun moved towards her.

When she tried to get away, reports say the man pursued her and fired at her multiple times, with at least one shot hitting her.

The shooter is said to have fled in a vehicle and is now wanted by the Maryland Police.

The suspected shooter has been described as “a black male with a thick build and black hair, wearing a dark shirt and pants.”

Chris Attoh had married Bettie Jenifer after his divorce from first wife, Damilola Adegbite.

Chris and Damilola were engaged in August 2014, wedded in a private ceremony on February 2015 in Accra and have a son named Brian together. Their marriage lasted for only two years. Chris and Damilola had become lovers after they worked together in the MNET series, Tinsel.

Chris Attoh wedded Bettie Jenifer, his American based fiancée, in October 2018. He sparked rumours earlier this month when he deleted all her photos from his page.

Chris Attoh and Betty Jennifer wedding came just 10 months after Chris officially divorced his Nigerian wife, Damilola Adegbite due to irreconcilable differences.

The father of one from his previous marriage, traditionally married his American fiancée, Betty Jennifer, in a private event, at North Kaneshie, Accra, Ghana.
