The 7th Edition of the Edusko’s Annual Education Summit is set to be held in Lagos

The 7th edition of the Business of Education Summit has been confirmed to be held on the 4th of November, 2023, at Muson Centre, Onikan Lagos.

The annual summit, organised by Edusko Africa, conveys education leaders in Nigeria and beyond to discuss actionable solutions to problems in our education system.

According to the CEO of Edusko, Jide Ayegbusi, “The Business of Education Summit was launched in
2017 and over the last 6 years, thousands of school leaders and education stakeholders have
participated in the summit. In the same vein, more than 100 renowned global speakers and subject
matter experts have honoured our invitation to share their perspectives with the delegates.”
At this year’s edition, subject matter experts will dissect how our educators can be empowered to
meet the needs of the constantly changing world of teaching and learning to effectively and
efficiently prepare our kids for the future.

skills for tomorrow’s careers, Achieving & measuring learning outcomes, The future of assessment & testing, Reward system for Teachers, Leveraging diaspora opportunities for teacher’s development,

Commissioner, Basic Education, Lagos State; Dr. Babs Omotowa, Founding President, Nigerian
University of Technology & Management; Folawe Omikunle, CEO, Teach for Nigeria; Arunabh Varma, CEO Intercell, India; Tamir Ismail, Education Sector Director – Africa, UK’s Department for Business & Trade.
