The renowned TV drama director passed away May 14th 2019 at a private hospital in Karachi.

Syed Atif Hussain death:

He had been unwell for the past few days and was on the ventilator in a critical condition due to kidney renal failure.

According to his brother, he was receiving treatment at Karachis Aga Khan Hospital and had been placed on a ventilator for the past two days.

Popular Syed Atif Hussain dramas include Laadon Mein Pali, Asmanon Pay Likha, Maryam, Iqraar, Beqasoor, Zindagi Dhoop Tum Ghana Saya, Ek Tamanna Lahasil Si, Bay Qasoor.

Babban Khala ki Betian was his last drama as director.
