He was an incredible guitarist and a really great guy. He will be dearly missed in our community.

It sucks to lose a bandmate, but it sucks even worse to lose a friend. May God bless all of Rob’s close family and friends.

RIP Rob. Gone way too soon.

  1. I have loved this band and Rob Fox for many years and I am so sad that the last time I saw them play (this spring) it was the last time I’d see Rob play. He was an amazing performer and so kind to everyone! I wish now I could see him play once more. I will pray for his family and I grieve deeply with many others!

  2. I am so deeply shocked to here about Rob’s passing. Contagious has been my favorite band since I first heard them at Johnny Bang Bangs in Quincy, IL years ago. I have traveled many times to see them at Maggie Malone’s in Wentzville. In fact, I was planning to go see them this month. I am so shocked that I am at a loss for words right now. My condolenses to Dana and family and to Contagious and family.

  5. I have known Robbie Fox and the Contagious Band Members for about 10 years. I met them one night during Mardi Gras at Lake of the Ozarks. Everytime they came back…I made sure that I didn’t miss a show. This was a shock to hear about this tragedy to such a super talented guy. The things he could do with his guitars were nothing short of awesome!!! He will be missed Dearly.

  6. He thought I looked like a schoolteacher when he came to my house to meet me .never thought I would be able to rock with him. Man did we rock out. He was a good player, and had my respect. RIP Robby. Your keyboard player ZAMPMAN
