Oak forest car accident: A man has died after a car accident in oak forest IL on November 1st, 2019 in southwest suburban Oak Forest.

According to the Cook County medical examiner’s office, the crash happened about 8:33 p.m. at the intersection of 159th Street and Cicero Avenue.

The man, aged 46, crashed and was pronounced dead less than an hour later.

An autopsy Saturday said the man died of multiple injuries related to the collision, but the medical examiner’s office has not yet determined whether the death would be ruled an accident.

Oak Forest police did not respond to a request for further information.
