Mayorkun vows to never return to Calabar for concert

Nigerian singer and songwriter, Adewale Mayowa Emmanuel popularly known as Mayorkun has hinted that he had an unpleasant experience in Cross River.

The ‘Certified Loner’ hit maker vowed to never return to the state capital, Calabr after performing at an end of year festival.

Mayorkun took to his Instagram story and Twitter page to inform his fans in the state that he has no plans to come back anytime in the future if invited.

Although the music star he didn’t disclose the exact reason for his decision, he sent a message to other artistes who would be performing at their festivals, wishing them good luck.

He shared a photo of himself on stage and wrote; “CALABAR, You’ll probably NEVER EVER see me again, goodluck to the other artists coming for your festivals tho”.
