Hugo Savinovich, the popular Ecuadorian wrestling narrator who for years was in WWE, lost his also famous wife Diana Méndez. She died in a New York hospital.
Diana Mendez Savinovich death was announced on the Lucha Libre Online Facebook page, where Hugo Savinovich has been a contributor for 5 years in a statement that read:
It is with immense pain that we regret to report that the Dangerous Blonde, Diana Mendez Savinovich has died today.
The Lucha Libre Online family joins in the terrible loss that hurts our brother, Hugo Savinovich and our whole family.
Diana fought cancer as a champion and in the end, God decided it was time to give her eternal rest. As he told me, I am sure that we will meet again in heaven when our moment arrives and as Diana told us, we are sure there is wrestling in heaven and there we can enjoy it.
You are our Champion and you gave us many life lessons. Thanks for everything Dangerous Blonde.
