Davido thankful to Chris Brown for getting him $3m deal
Nigerian singer and record label founder, Davido has revealed that American Grammy winner, Chris Brown helped him secure a mouthwatering music deal.
The Afrobeats star who is currently in Dubai on a Christmas tour, revealed during a show that he got a music deal worth $3 million courtesy of Chris Brown.
A video making the rounds online shows Davido sending a shout out to the R&B singer Brown for making him three million dollars richer.
The Omo Baba Olowo said; “Thank you Chris Brown, for putting 3 million dollars in my pocket.”
Although, he did not share further details about the nature of their dealings, some fans believe he was thanking Brown for working with him on a song which has been hitting streaming records.
