Boise firefighter death: Charlie Ruffing Boise Fire Department

Charlie Ruffing, senior Boise firefighter death was announced yesterday by the Boise Fire Department in a statement on Facebook that reads:

Our hearts are heavy as we mourn the loss of one of our own today.
