710 freeway accident crash:

Hussein Saab, Hussein Ayoub, Hussein Ghasham, Hussein Saleh were killed May 22, 2019 after a high-speed crash which was reported at 3:17 a.m. near the Firestone Boulevard exit.

The four men in their BMW sedan were pronounced dead at the scene.

The force of the impact was so severe that the car’s engine was ejected from the vehicle and ended up in a nearby ditch while several car parts were sent over walls and into a nearby pool.

An eyewitness told the California Highway Patrol that the car’s driver had been racing with another vehicle before the collision.

Investigators, however, said there was no evidence at the crash site that indicated another vehicle was involved in the collision.

According to the California Highway Patrol Sgt. Jason Lopez:

“The vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed, lost control, and crashed into the guardrail and the pole.

“What we do know, just based on the evidence that we have, is that the vehicle made some type of turning input which caused it to lose control.”

Los Angeles County firefighters had difficulty extricating the bodies from the BMW’s mangled wreckage, which ended up wrapped around the sign pole.

Two of the deceased men were 22 years old.

May their souls rest in peace.
