Though Late American rapper, XXXTentacion had no idea his 20-year-old life would be cut short, he was legally prepared for it because the hip-hop artist died with a last will and testament.
It has been revealed that XXXTentacion left behind a will, which he had signed at the end of 2017, before he was murdered last week.
According to the will filed with the court, XXXTentacion left all of his property in trust, with his mom as trustee. She filed docs saying the beneficiaries in the trust are her and XXX’s 2 brothers. The will states XXX has no children.
The details of the will are currently unclear, but it does include a specific section listing the beneficiaries of his estate. It’s unclear if X’s unborn child, who was just publicly revealed, will be financially covered in the documents.
Last week, his mother Cleopatra Bernard revealed his girlfriend is currently pregnant for him, which means the will was drafted before she became pregnant as it was signed in November 2017.
The probate filing also includes his death certificate and a request by the rapper’s mother to become the administrator of his estate.
According to the death certificate, obtained by TMZ, XXXTentacion whose real was Jahseh Onfroy died in the hospital and was later entombed.
As we reported, hundreds of fans gathered yesterday at the BB&T Center in Florida to pay their final respects to the slain artist.
