MTN office in Bodija, Ibadan was reportedly burnt by protesters against the xenophobic attacks on Nigerians in South Africa.
In a video posted on social media, the MTN office in Ibadan was completely gutted by fire. And there was no sign of operatives of the Oyo State Fire Service at the scene of the incident.
The burnig of the building is not unconnected to the attacks on Nigerians in south Africa. Some few days back, some Nigerian businesses in the country were attacked and set on fire.

Nigerians across the country had planned a peaceful protest yesterday against the South African owned companies in the country. The protests later went awry and businesses were attacked and looted by some unscrupulous elements.
According to reports, two Shoprite Malls were looted massively in Lagos yesterday. Looters were seen at the centers carting away goods worth millions of Naira.

Singer Tiwa Savage has just cancelled her upcoming show in South Africa over the xenophobic attacks on Nigerians and other foreigners in the country.
The singer made this known in a statement she released on her social media page, moments ago where she stated that she is disturbed by the killing of her people in the country and so she will not be performing at the DSTV Delicious Festival slated for 21st September in South Africa.
