A wig-wearing serial robber in Atlanta is currently on the run after Police placed him on the wanted list over series of robberies in the past few weeks.
Dekalb County police in Atlanta have called on Atlanta residents to come forward if they have any information regarding an unidentified man who has robbed several businesses, including Waffle House, Walgreens, PNC Bank, Dollar General and CVS. What makes him standout is the collection of different wigs he opts to wear for every robbery.
According to @fox5atlanta, the suspect’s most recent robbery occurred at a Tucker, Georgia Waffle House where he demanded cash from a waitress by passing her a note during her shift.
The note allegedly read “pass all the money,” authorities said.
After reading the note, the server ran from the register and the man fled the restaurant without getting any cash, police said.
There is no word on if the man is armed during his robberies, but police are still treating the case as a top priority.
Detectives have since linked him to similar robbery attempts at other Waffle Houses, a CVS, a Walgreens, a Dollar General and a PNC bank, authorities said.
They are asking for anyone who has seen the man to contact the local Dekalb County Police Department, specifically Detective Wedderburn or Sergeant Neal.
