A man has taken to twitter to report the case of a lady who was dating his brother and who their mum had advised his brother not to marry.
According to the man, his brother had gone against their mum’s advise of not getting engaged to the lady.
He took to Twitter last year to encourage his brother after he engaged the lady, despite her coming from a different tribe – This their mum was not in support of.
But in another twist to the story, the came took to same twitter to report that the mum was right , as the lady had allegedly ghosted – She left his brother in the lurch.
*** And sometimes they really don’t, especially if they’re argument is based on “She’s Yoruba”; shit just happens in life sometimes. If she’s not meant to be yours, she would’ve ghosted even if she’s Igbo. Sorry, Fam. It gets better . Just take it one day at a time.
*** See. I’ve realized that tribe alone is a valid factor to consider in marriage. Not a decisive factor but it plays a big role in compatibility. When you’re in love, it’s not obvious to you.
*** It’s so sad that this is extremely true. I still had this discussion with my friend fighting his mum over his igbo babe just two days ago
