Some students from Bethlehem Girls Secondary School were rescued today in the Lagos explosion that rocked Abule Ado close area of Lagos State on Sunday morning.
A resident said some of the girls were seriously injured and had to be rushed to a military hospital in the area.

However in a sad turn of event, the Principal of the college, Rev. Sr Henrietta Alokha died in the explosion.
In a statement signed by one Bro Vincent Iwueze, and posted on Facebook, Alokha rescued all the children under her care from the fire but could not make it herself.
