A Nigerian man has taken to Twitter to report that a flight coming to Lagos from Atlanta, US has been diverted back to America because the Nigerian airspace was allegedly closed.

According to the narrator, his friend was on the flight to Lagos, but they had a stopover in Dakar, Senegal where they were told that the Nigerian airspace has been closed and so they would not be continuing their flight to Lagos.
The Delta Airline flight was subsequently diverted to America

** Actually, his plane is currently on the way to New York, from Dakar. Before this, some passengers asked @Deltato allow them find their way to Lagos from Dakar. Understandably, the airline refused.
