In a private wedding ceremony on Friday evening which had 120 guests including Robert Pattinson, Brittany Snow, Lauren and Aaron Paul, Evan Ross and Ashlee Simpson Ross present, Twilight star Ashley Greene said ‘I Do’ to her longtime boyfriend Paul Khoury.
The Brides reported that the wedding ceremony took place at an outdoor venue in San Jose, Calif, and Ashley Greene wore Katie May for the ceremony and turned to Windi Williams-Stern, owner of Studio Unbiased, to create her reception gown.
“She’s my magician,” Greene told the outlet of Stern. “I’ve worked with her for over a decade for anything I do on the red carpet,” Ashley says. “She created a masterpiece for me, and I can’t wait to dance the night away in it!”
The wedding ceremony is coming more than a year and half after the couple got engaged, in one of the “most beautiful” proposal. At the bottom of Bridal Veil Falls in New Zealand, Paul got down on knee to ask the special question. As you likely could have guessed, she said yes!
“This is the most beautiful moment I could have ever hoped for. You’ve successfully made me the happiest, luckiest woman alive,” Ashley shared on Instagram when first confirming the news. “I can’t wait to show you my unfaltering immeasurable love for the rest of our lives. #engaged #loveofmylife #futurehusband.”
However after their engagement, the couple who weren’t in a rush and left fans with a guess about their wedding details, stood aside to enjoy their new relationship status.
“I’m still at the point of looking down at my hand and going ‘Oh, my God! I’m engaged!’…I kind of want to relish in that first before taking on planning a wedding,” Ashley shared with E! on February 2017.
“We are going to try to make it as easy as possible but planning a wedding is a stressful thing for anyone and I just want to enjoy being engaged before I go down that road.”
