Singer Tiwa Savage has just cancelled her upcoming show in South Africa over the xenophobic attacks on Nigerians and other foreigners in the country.

The singer made this known in a statement she released on her social media page, moments ago where she stated that she is disturbed by the killing of her people in the country and so she will not be performing at the DSTV Delicious Festival slated for 21st September in South Africa
Read her statement:
I refuse to watch the barbaric butchering of my people in SA. This is SICK. For this reason I will NOT be performing at the upcoming DSTV delicious Festival in Johannesburg on the 21st of September. My prayers are with all the victims and families affected by this.
