It sure was some hell of a week, wasn’t it?
We were faced with the same issues we are faced with every other week or maybe this week was more, maybe it was less.
Traffic, bad road, bosses that are constantly nagging and finicky about every single thing, annoying colleagues, employees that just don’t get you, just name it.
In one way or the other we experience some form of frustration or anger over issues that sometimes feel trivial.
But that doesn’t mean we should stop living.
So as we go into the weekend today, let’s take time to cleanse our minds from all forms of toxic energy that we may have experienced this week.
We should look into the future and focus our minds on what lies thereof.
This week is gone.
We have had to anticipate getting out of traffic, we have had to get angry and feel sometimes deep frustration but, guess what, we succeeded and that’s why we are here now.
So as we embark on this weekend let’s take time to cleanse ourselves of all the toxic energy that we may have encounter going through our days.
Let us take time to clear our thoughts and mind and allow a fresh new energy flow through us for the coming week.
Let’s let go of all the frustration and anger and excessive enthusiasm that we are holding on to.
Let us hold on to our loved ones.
Let us call an old friend or family member we haven’t spoken to for years.
Let us reconcile with a long lost friend of ours.
You know why?
Because we only live ones.
And with this one chance that we have at life, we should find happiness and joy in the midst of all the toxic energy, frustrations and anger.
Do have a great weekend!
