Tekno Miles was born in Bauchi but grew up Nassarawa, Kaduna and Kaduna due to the fact that his father was a member of the Nigerian Army, before he finally moved to Lagos Nigeria because of his music career.
At the age of eight, Tekno Miles was enrolled in a music school where he learnt and mastered the rudiments of playing the piano and guitar.
As of 2015 he said he was already done with school. And also studied music online .
He attended Heritage School, Kaduna. Form there, he enrolled into Green Island but didn’t really finish because he believes he understands the practical aspect of music, so he read and understood the science of music.
Precisely in year 2012 while he was still in Abuja, Tekno Miles was spotted by renowned Nigerian comedian Julius Agwu at an event after Tekno Miles received astanding ovation following the awesome performance of a song titled “Onye Ne Kwu”, his remix of Ice Prince’s “Oleku”.
He also got to meet Iyanya and Ubi Franklyn, the manager of Made Men Music Group who he later became friends with. Seeing the manifestation of his talent , Ubi and Iyanya had to encourage him to move over to Lagos to pursue his music career properly.
Tekno Miles kept communicating with Ubi and Iyanya , he kept sending them his recent work. On October 5, 2013, he signed a music contract with Made Men MusicGroup, he released singles like “Dance” and “Anything” which won him a nomination in the “Best New act of the Year” category at the 2014 Nigeria Entertainment Awards.
The following year was very favorable to the singer, he released a song titled “Duro” on June 18, 2015 and it was positively received, produced by DJ Coublon. He came forth with the remix of this song featuringPhynoand Flavour N’abania released on November 16, 2015.
