American singer and song writer, Taylor Swift is the world’s highest paid celebrity of the past year, with a whopping $185 million.
Forbes has ranked Taylor Swift as number one on its The Celebrity 100 list, Wednesday being the highest paid celebrity after her earning increased by 131% from the year before, when she made $80 million.
This is the second time Swift will be topping the of The Celebrity 100 as she was also top earner in 2016 with $170 million, following her The 1989 World Tour.
Kylie Jenner, the youngest billionaire, came in second on the list with $170 million—just $10 million behind Swift.
Taylor Swift’s Reputation world tour, which started last year, became the highest grossing U.S tour ever since Billboard began tracking tours in 1990, broking her own record as the highest-grossing tour in the United States. It brought in $266.1 million domestically, so that’s not including its legs abroad.
Touring has been noted as the a major source of Taylor’s earning.
Forbes notes that Netflix acquiring her live concert special and her deals with Apple, AT&T, and Diet Coke also added “millions” to Swift’s income.
Other celebrity that made the list are Kanye West who came third with $150 million while Ed Sheeran was fifth with $110 million.
Beyoncé was number 20 with $81 million earned. Kim Kardashian was number 26 with $72 million.
