A Nigerian has reacted to an old tweet of the late Stanley Nwabia where he mocked President Muhammadu Buhari over his ill-health, saying he is dying slowly.
The popular social media commentator’s death was announced yesterday, and while many are mourning his demise, some Twitter users are making mockery of his death.
In 2017 Stanley Nwabua had complained about the President’s prolonged treatment at a London Hospital. He wrote that the President was dying painfully and slowly and it was unfair for some people to hold the country to ransom.
Reacting to his old tweet, a twitter user mocked him as the President is still very much alive

“I warned those who mocked Buhari for his ill-health that they may end up dying before him. Nothing says that someone older than you will have to die before you. You can’t be too sure. I learnt today that Stanley Nwabia is dead. Buhari’s still very much alive!”

*** Gosh, is that what that guy tweeted in 2017 about Buhari? Was he his doctor or God then to say that publicly about another human being, all for politics? So sad, hope others learn from this, that nobody plays God in the life of others.2years after his tweet, he died at 43!
*** You lots did the same to Jonathan, if you got no hands to type R.I.P then move away than politicising someone’s death, like his life and everything is on politics, ndi ara
*** The funny thing is that those who wished and still wish PMB death are condemning this tweet! If only there’s a means of knowing how they would have felt if PMB had died as they wished. They don’t want to be reminded of their wishful thinking.Did they condemn Fayose et al? NO
