Angulu Idaku, the Spiritual Head of the militia group have been arrested by soldiers attached to 177 Guards Battalion who were on a raid operation at Ugya village in Toto Local Government Area of Nasarawa State.
It was also gathered that the soldiers destroyed some armed militia camp, and also recovered some weapons from the Spiritual head of the group.
The Items recovered include:
a. Seven locally made guns.
b. Twelve cartridges.
c. 200 rounds of 7.62MM special ammunition.
d. 76 rounds of 7.62MM NATO special ammunition.
e. Four knives
f. Fifteen cutlasses.
g. 6 mobile phones.
h. One DSTV decoder set.
i. 4 solar panel sets.

In another development, Chukwu said troops of Operation Lafiya Dole neutralised six Boko Haram terrorists and wounded some others during clearance operation in the North East.
He, however, said two soldiers sustained injuries during an encounter with the insurgents.
He added that one anti-aircraft gun, four AK47 rifles, six AK47 magazines, two mortar bombs and two gun trucks were recovered from the terrorists.
Chukwu also said that the troops had successfully cleared Gambori, Dumbawa, Damsu, Awardi, Kanaram, Laridi, Malumdi and Yuramdi villages and recovered one refrigerator, one 14-inch TV two DVDs and a box filled with drugs.
It was reported few weeks ago that troops of the 177 guards battalion of the Nigerian army arrested five suspected militias at Ugyi town in Toto local government area of Nasarawa state, and recovered some arms from them during a raid.
A statement issued by Jude Chukwu, the army spokesman, listed items recovered from them as one Daihatsu SUV jeep, seven motorcycles, six dane guns and one locally made revolver pistol.
The others are four 9mm rounds of ammunition and a cartridge, twenty-six daggers with names and phone numbers written on each, one sword and forty pieces of customised regalia. Also recovered from the suspects are N1, 205, as well as assorted charms.
