Sanya AgunbiadeA popular crossdresser in Cameroon identified as Shakiro and two other men have been sentenced to prison over alleged homosexual-ism.
A report by the Cameroonian News Agency, the court of first instance in Ndokotti Douala on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 charged and found them guilty for engaging in homosexuality which is a crime in Cameroon.
The suspected homosexuals have been incarcerated to the New Bell Central Prison, Douala.
According to Cameroon News Agency, Shakiro had been arrested and released on several occasions.
