The lady then agreed to make some transfer directly into his bank account just to get his details.
The SARS operative was tracked with his bank details and his identity revealed.
Since the news made the headlines, a lot of people have come forward to identify the man as SARS operative that harasses people in Ikorodu. He is alleged to be fond of coercing people to make transfers into his account.
Forcing them to make transfers or he will “ waste their lives “.

In their reaction to the story, some Nigerian wonder why the SARS operatives are not allowed to have a tag on them, at least for members of the public to easily identify them. This, they believe is the reason why the officers act outside of their jurisdiction to harass innocent citizens of the country
Btw, why don’t these SARS officers have identification numbers embroidered on their shirts like other other police officers? I think this is a major reason they tend to misbehave because the feel they can’t be easily traced.

The Nigerian Police Command in Lagos have however been notified of the case and hopefully they act on it.
