Sanusi’s over 40,000 books evacuated from Emir’s palace

According to online reports, the over 40,000 books and journals at the library of deposed, Samusi lamido Samusi.

Abubakar Sadiq Kurbe, revealed this on Twitter, while sharing images of the empty library. He wrote;

“Over 40,000 books and journals catalogued at the expansive library of the deposed emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi, have been successfully evacuated from the palace.”

As we all know, Sanusi was dethroned as the Emir of Kano, and is currently banished to Nasarawa with scores of security agents keeping watch on him.
