Rita Dominic needs no introduction. I mean, you can’t talk about Nollywood for 2 minutes and not have her name pop up. But in case you have lived under a rock, let me tell you in very succinct terms; Rita Dominic is the Queen of the game. She acts, she produces, she hands down slays every single time, and thanks to TECNO, we now know that she raps too! Don’t you just stan a Queen!

Before I get too far ahead of myself and you begin to wonder what I am rambling about, let me take a moment to tell you about the Phantom Xtraordinaire Talk Show.

Earlier this month, TECNO ventured into new heights by launching its sub-brand smartphone, PHANTOM X. Launched at an exclusive event, the PHANTOM X features an elegant design of 3D Borderless Screen and the industry’s first silk glass back cover.

According to the brand, PHANTOM X empowers their fans to feel their extraordinary best throughout all their special moments in life. In line with that, TECNO decided to inspire fans even further by highlighting some of our favourite celebrities who have had bold and extraordinary journeys and careers in a 6 episode talk show.

Here is where we come back to Rita Dominic. The show launched this past weekend and she was the featured celebrity on Episode 1.

Tobi Bakre is the delectable, fun loving, daring host. And he hit if off immediately with Rita Dominic, but who wouldn’t right? After Tobi gushed about how beautiful she’s stayed over the years, Rita shared with us her beauty routine, and it’s safe to say I now share a routine with an actress.

Rita also talked about growing up in Aba with parents who were both in the medical field and deciding to be an actress despite that fact. She told us about how and when she started acting, how she’s grown from then to now having her own production company.

My favourite part of the show is the Choose your Dare segment where Tobi very spookily asked Rita to choose a dare by picking one Phantom X phone from the 2 devices they had placed a table.

The phone Rita picked dared her to give the audience a rap rendition. With the help of Tobi’s beat boxing skills, Rita did rap, or at least she tried.

Needless to say, that episode was exciting all the way. I saw Rita Dominic in a different light, and you can too by clicking the link below;

The Xtraordinare Show also had other celebrities like Fela Durotoye and Tara Durotoye. You can also watch Fela Durotoye’s episode by clicking the link below;

Tara Durotoye’s episode is available to watch by clicking the link below;

The fun continues this coming weekend with more extraordinary episodes from power couple Tara and Fela Durotoye, Slot founder Nnamdi Ezeigbo, and professional Basketball player Evelyn Akhator. And you can catch all details on TECNO’s YouTube page.
