A Nigerian lady, Patience Usoho, went bald for her wedding to her husband, Edidiong Uyire, in Ikot Etor, Akwa Ibom state, and she looked lovely.
Patience Usoho wedded her man, Uyire Edidiong at the Redemption House of Glory Church, Uyo.
According to reports, she was actually compelled to put on a wig during her church wedding ceremony. Hence the Before meets After photo above.
A lady who attended Patience Usoho and her heartthrob, Uyire Edidiong’s wedding ceremony said Patience’s attempt to enter the Redemption House of Glory church with light veil was met with strong resistance. Church authorities reportedly ordered her to cover her head in honour of God as her husband will have to remove the veil on the altar.
However, the moment they were done with church, Patience removed her wig as she left for their reception venue.

Sometime back in July 2017, another bride who lost her hair due to alopecia proudly rocked her bald head on her wedding day—and enjoyed standing out from the crowd in her gorgeous wedding outfit.
According to DailyMail.com, Kylie Bamberger, of Oak Park, California, was diagnosed with alopecia when she was 12 years old.
Alopecia is an autoimmune disorder, which causes people to lose hair on their head, face, and, in some cases, other parts of the body.
The bride, who tied the knot in October, tried several treatments during her adolescence to stop the hair loss.
When nothing worked, and after being diagnosed with alopecia, her first reaction was to buy a wig and conceal the condition with them.
But they weren’t comfortable to wear, so Kylie Bamberger, who is now 27, stopped sporting them more than a decade ago—and had no intention to try them again to walk down the aisle.
We can’t confirm if our Nigerian proud bride, Patience Usoho rocked her bald head because she has alopecia or if she rocked it because it’s her favourite hair look. But we know she looks beautiful. Big congrats to her.
