A Nigerian man in his opinion has taken to social media to claim that oral sex is a crime in Nigeria and it is stated in the constitution of the country.
The man identified as Chief Oloye, a self-acclaimed innovative thinker, said besides the act being against the law, it is also against the law of God. He then quoted the the Section 214 of the Criminal Code, which talks about having sex with anyone against the order of nature.
Did u know dat having an oral sex is a crime in Nigeria? Now u know — don’t say I didn’t tell you o See S. 214 of the Criminal Code Yes, it’s also against d law of God. Read yur Bible!

He then further expatiated on his assertions and quoted a part of the Nigerian constitution that outlawed any sexual act other than the usual penile-vagina penetration.
According to the constitution, anyone guilty is guilty of felony..lol!!!!
Any sexual intercourse outside the commonly known penile-vaginal sex is regarded as being against the order of nature. That’s the purpose of S. 214(3). These provisions are parts of the colonial relics that we failed to expunge from our Criminal Code.
