Nigerian actress, Tonto Dikeh who is currently in south Africa has been spotted posing with a Nelson Mandela statue.

Writing while posing with Mandela’s statue, she said:

“When you are not born with the tourists spirit but decided to take a picture so your village people will know you are living the life of a tourist.”


Recall that last week Popular Nollywood actress Tonto dikeh was seen preaching in a South-African church. Tonto Dikeh who has been vocal about her christian faith since giving her life to Christ ministered at the Enlightened Christian Gathering church in South-Africa where she spoke to the youths on the topic of“Forgiveness and Letting Go”.

The actress also shared pictures and a short video from the ministration with a caption which reads:

Tonto Dikeh, also known asTonto Dike(born June 9, 1985) is a Nigerian actressfrom Rivers State and is of the Ikwerre tribe. Dikeh, from a family of seven.

In 2005 she competed against other contestants on a reality TV show called The Next Movie Star; she was the first runner up. Dikeh’s appearance on the show was as a means of getting closer to the “big time”,

she says, and her start in the Nigerian movie industry came soon after. Nollywood, as it is colloquially known, is second only to the Indian film industry in number of movies produced each year.
