He wrote:

Sued the Nigerian Police at Ogun state police command for harassment and attempts to arrest me without possible cause. The court today sitting at Abeokuta entered judgement in my favour… The Police is owing me 1 million Naira

It was vigorously defended. They defended it intensely. But God pass them.

Never tell a police man that you would sue him. Sue him first let him then defend himself in court. Telling them what you would do would allow them have an edge over you and it is dangerous.

Fundamental rights cases are usually very cheap and the charges usually come from the amount you are demanding. It took less than 10k for me to file. The evidence to be relied upon differs with each case. In my case the police lawyer goofed when their affidavit supported my claim

The police gets away with illegality because we do not go after them with the law. If they wrongfully arrest my family members I would surely do what I do best and sue them again. This time I won’t be asking for 1 million
