A video showing the first lady of Nasarawa state, Hajiya Silifa having difficulty reading her prepared speech has gone viral.
The Nasarawa State First Lady Hajiya Silifa reading her prepared speech to an audience at the flag-off of an MMC project in the state has gone viral as she was having difficulty reading the speech typed in English language.
The video shows her having some difficulties reading some of the words written down in English and most Nigerians feel she could have addressed the people in their local dialect instead of this.
