According to the lady, she got debited following a poor network during an online transaction just after she made a cash payment. However the taxify driver refused refunding the money. She wrote;

In a similar development few months ago, Nigerian lady identified as Vivian, exposed a Taxify driver who she claims insulted her for having issues with her trip.
Vivian who went as far as sharing the driver’s picture, claims she canceled her trip after ordering, due to fear and the way she was approached by the driver. According to her, the driver had practically been rude and impatient right from when she called him, to when she eventually saw him and tried to ascertain if he was the one she was waiting for before boarding the vehicle. The driver whose name was not given, sent her a text message saying “do you know you are very stupid”.
